Well, the goal is that I use the codes in FireRed, then Pal Park the sum***** over to Diamond, where I promptly evolve him to Electivire and replace my team's Luxray with him.

And you guys reeeelly need to get back on topic.

And besides, it's not cheating if E-Buzz can learn the moves without using a GameShark. It's just...expediting the process.
