Anyways, it does look very nice. The only thing that jumped out at me is that, it doesnt look very metalic whith how it's shaded. Although, it may not be metal so... yeah.

Time for real crit;
Shading is very bland and quite boring. For a piece as large as this more shades and higlights are usually used to help bring out detail. It looks really flat, and the tentacles look really....rushed. The green colour is kinda unappealing, and they could use more detail as well.

Some parts in the smaller areas I see you attempted to make mettalic. They looks good. Just more detail.

And I hope the bottom half (blades) isnt finished :s

The shading on the tentacles look really weird, as if there's no defined lightsource.
