Replace "input_video" and "output_audio".

vixy can do that automatically
still, i'll add your suggestion up there too
oh and

C:\Documents and Settings\Char>ffmpeg
'ffmpeg' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.

I already knew windowj doesn't come with ffmpeg, but does everyone else?
