Basically, it's a knife that injects underwater predators with Co2 until they rise to the surface and explode.

@ Madam Ki: It isn't them rising to the surface that makes them explode, it's the simple fact that they have a massive bubble of super-cold Carbon Dioxide in them. It would work on human beings above water, which is exactly why I like it.

Just saw the image and must say this is certainly interesting.

How is this gross neccassirly? The image looks like something from 5th grade.

I dunno. I just think it's cool. Gross is melting someone's skin off with 4000 degree napalm, or a high velocity tank shell hitting a tank with so much force that it sucks the tank's crew (or sometimes just their skin and some of their organs) out through the 2 inch wide hole that the shell left in the side of the tank.
