good, except:

no shading
nose seems a little small/odd

Untrue. There is shading.
Ya I couldn't really get the nose right

the only shading i see, is the glove, and his lip area.

it must be visible shading. as in, you can see it without having to magnify it in paint.

Actually I didn't even shade the glove :P

Its probably anti-ailiasing from the rotation.

Paper Mario sprites don't really need shading.

Look at TTYD.

Lineart needs work.

I agree the line art needs some work. and try not to use anti-aliasing when you rotate like that because it gives it the impression of pillow shading in the gloves.

Why are all my submissions ignored by the staff? Is they some new way to submit or something, because everything I submit is neither accepted or declined... (excluding my first submission, which was accepted...)

The queue is rather strange. It took 3 weeks just for my game to appear on the site, which was a mega inconvienience, considering I posted it on the forums, which was a much better version.

Your first submission was most likely accepted due to the fact that a Baby Mario/ Baby Luigi rip hadn't existed yet.

Your next ones may have been declined.

I mean, there's plenty of custom build your own marios.

That, or the queue is gynormous!

Lineart is messy and irregular.

Pretty good, but needs some anti-aliasing.
