I think that there should be a ghost world all to its own.

Like it wouls start with a haunted woods maze.

Then graveyard, part above ground, part under. I think it would be cool for this level to end with a freefall into a pit, and the ending marker is some kind of void.

THen some sort of ghost world level. This one would look like space in the background, but have floating pyramids and other random stuff. And swimable water floating in the air, and such.

Then, to end the world, a Huanted Mansion. You start with a level on the second floor (where you exit the ghost world level) which is a basic huanted house theme with random items comming too life and attacking.

Then you go to the first floor where you need to find a key, but it gets stolen by a butler ghost (I designed but i think it was deleted in the rollback) and you need to get it back, but the ghost follows you and steals any power ups you are fast enough to grab. He can't hurt you, just bug you.

The last level is the basement, this is the boss.

Melting Ice world:Most levels are on top of moving glaciers and those pieces of ice floating on the water. There other levels in the ice where ice stalagmites fall down, and water drips from the roof. And then underwater levels with pieces of ice floating everywhere, and hug chunks of ice randomly dropping down which you have to avoid.

I think there should be level in a bob-omb factory, full of conveyor belts and obvously bob-ombs. And you could fight big bob-omb there.
And there should be a level in the sky world where all the platforms are ufo's that move around left to right. and smaller space ships show up and blast you. Shroobs would be all over the level.

What about a W3 Diamond City?

You start in Wario's house and-

MARIO BROS: You confront Wario in his WW Costume. He attacks Mario. For the whole thing Wario wears this costune.

WARIO BROS: Wario walks over to the coat hanger, takes off his hat and hangs it up. He gets into his underpants and puts on his WW costume. "This is the life!" He says and drags Wario out. They see Mario and Luigi and run away. For the whole thing Wario wears this costume.

So Ashley's Mansion, Wario's House, Dance Club eg.

Though I don't know if it would be wise to have to trips to the spirit world in one game, especially if the second is the secret world at the end of the game. Plus, it would be kind of a strange territory, no pun intended. I'm sure the world would work just fine with simply ghost houses and crypts and the like.

Why are we limiting ourselves to 9 worlds?

12 in this game?

Wait 12 for each and that comes out to:

8= 14 independand worlds

12= 22 independant worlds

Wait 8 then.

Cause different worlds when they're split apart!

14 world ideas we need.

Hey Peardian, what do you think of world 3 being the City world?

Think about it, if we do cut scenes, it could show the Wario Bros Breaking in to a museum, and the Mario Bros. going in to stop them.

"Cave of Life"
Stage 1- Walking in the spooky wet cave
Stage 2- Walking in a grassy and mushroomy area in the cave and infront of a waterfall.
Stage 3- Slide down to a room where one of the piece of jewel is in a box
Stage 4- Get the Jewel then a boss will apear and you will fight it
Stage 5- Run out of the cave before the cave gets you!

"Robot Factory"
Stage 1- Walking in a snowy area and metal houses are in the background
Stage 2- You are inside the Huge Robot Factory where all these Robots are born
Stage 3- you are in a hallway and you are getting deeper inside where there is more Robots
Stage 4- In the second to biggest room thats circle and spins and you fight a Mini Boss
Stage 5- You are now in a huge circle room and you are fighting the Robot Boss and inside the boss is the Jewel.

I was thinking Britz should be in the Robot Factory but now I have to redesign him >.<

I think we should do a sort of prehistoric place, with like... cave goombas and cave koopas and such, like, for the goomba, they could have their teeth sticking out and wearing prehistoric clothes or something.
Maybe fossils litter the ground and such.

Just levels like "Desert Edge" and "Sky Crossing"

Like Yoshi Island except just the levels, not worlds.

Cause it seems like if we make worlds all of a sudden we're leaving out so many ideas and making everything be just desert or just spooky stuff. We can still have things like that together but not a full world length thing.

I hope somebody gets what I'm trying to say.

Ever played SML2?

It has worlds (well, zones but they're the same thing) and the levels are crazy different.

I think the levels should connect some how at least. Unlike the regular games where you are in a grassy plain, then suddenly a desert, then a tropical island, then an ice mountain.
