There is a library of free games, including KOF 95 and 96, Metal Slug, Megaman:The Power Battles, Psychonauts, Tomb Raider Legend and DarkStalkers.

DarkStalkers is awesome.

It ain't exactly free, it costs about ten bucks a month to own.

But yeah, I love Darkstalkers, and I also developed loves for Knuckles Chaotix and the SNK fighting games on that thing.
