Anyway, it seems pretty clear that you'll be handing over any rights you have to your game (or whatever) as soon as you upload something to YoYo Games. But they wont sell it without your permission. Probably because they're not sure whether you've stolen copyrighted content yourself. Lol. Then if they get in trouble, they'll blame you for agreeing to the terms of use? Hell knows!

YoYo clearly states in this, that the rights to characters, story and whatever is in the game belongs to YOU and only YOU. YoYo only gets the right to provide this game on their site once you upload it. And also to show it on YoYo related other stuff. e.g. if they're on TV, they could show your game as an example.
However, when you would sell your game yourself, they could not sue you for using "their" ideas, because they're still yours.
