Yeah.

Also, I remember her name, Jen Irwin, but apparently her site doesn't state her e-mails with Ryan, she only told a few people. She's also the one that received an e-mail from Ryan when the original Dr. Eggman voice actor passed away.

Blaze: SEGA's primary worry at that point was apparently that they wanted to establish complete familiarity - so much to the point that if one voice actor from Sonic X was to be in the game, every other one was to be as well. Not to mention it was cheaper and easier for them.
