I work out at the gym 4 times every week for an hour. 30 minutes at the treadmill, and the other 30 on weights. Treadmill on 6.0 speed. Weight goes about 55 LBS.
Benching is about 120. :/

I weight train for five hours a week. Bench card's 105-115.
