Also, your gamestop could be pretty much shutdown, fined, etc. if they do this.

The distrubitors(sp?) have every right to shutdown those who do not release the game release date at the time given. Sears might be screwed because of this too, not sure though.

Well, I'd think it would be more so to say as "the proper release date"

But, thanks to Sears, some or alot of people already have the USA version.

Although following policies, rules, and so on is always a good choice and will prevent trouble.
