Okay, I'm making a racing game where you turn by pressing left and right to add or subtract to your direction. When you press up, your speed is increased and you go in that direction. The problem is that I do not know how to make it so if you bump into a wall you bounce off a bit. I cannot use move_bounce because that changes my direction. If you have played any racing game you know what I'm talking about.
