Untitled Mario Game, Need advice...

I'm new around here. I'm definitely not new to fan-gaming though, for years I have done many Sonic fan-games. But everything comes to an end. After Sonic Team has completely ruined my favorite character of all time, I've had to move on to bigger and better things. As of now, I have started a new, unnamed, mario game.

This game isn't remarkably interesting I guess, the only real interesting feature would be the two player mode.

After seeing how many people actually use the Mario Bros 3 map, I may change it. Anyways...enjoy this video. Suggestions very welcome. And I know...its not much.

Seems glitchy on some parts, like when the mushrooms just fall through blocks.
But all in all it looks fun, especially the 2P Mode.

looks interest, change the tileset and fix your collision detect. For the 2 player mode, why not making a split screen 2 player running mode?
