Mother 3 wip, Suggestions plx

Working on this for over 2 hours now, and I don't want to be leaving huge flaws in it =x

even tho I never played mother 3, I do like the character designs (especially kumatora), and I got inspired to draw after seeing some of the fanart in starmen.net

Any way to improve this? I'd like to remove bad impressions (e.g. they look like they're going to **** lol) before posting it at dA

Actually, her eyes look a bit like "You know, maybe we should..." eyes. Or maybe it's just me. Or is she tired?

the "is she tired" impression is exactly what I wanted (since she wears pajamas)

the "You know maybe we should" wasn't >< any way to fix that? I'd like her to appear as if she's seeing the little guy for the first time
