Best:Either falcon punch are dedede's b side
Worst:Luigi Tornado (as a b down) or Ganons moves (because he is the only clone who makes no sense)

I don't hate the move it self, but I think it should of became his down smash and he should have gotten poltragust.

His down smash is incredibly awesome and always has been.

and if that was the case, how would you do it in the air?

The poltragust sounds okay, but replacing his down smash with the Luigi tornado sounds ridiculous.

Infact, Luigi's moveset as of now is entirely awesome and I'm pretty glad nothing was replaced.
