They're VERY easy to dodge, in fact you don't even have to move and they'll probably miss you. They also don't too much damage.

Wait, doesn't pit just use his wings to fly? You're making it sounds likle he inflates like a bsloon. Elaborate please.

Also, He has wings, and can flap them to go higher, aso can Metaknight and Charizard.

idk I will experiment later still though I think it's horrible that he can break smashball with one PK thunder unless it was coincidental that he could every time he did it last night at the gaming club

You're misunderstanding his post, and missing the point of it.

Which, by the way, is that Pit can fly with his wings but is not balloon-like and light, so that he has the advantage Kirby and Jiggly have (flying) without having their disadvantage (being light).

NOTE: This info is only from research I've done through other people, none of this is from personal experience outside of Super Smash Bros Melee.

From what I heard, a Smash Ball will get weaker even if people don't hit it. Thus, if nobody hits it for a while a character could hit it with just one decent attack and get it. Then again, PK Fire and PK Thunder are able to get multiple hits depending on the character, and Snake has fifty different explosive projectiles, including ones that are probably strong but easy to dodge, which a Smash Ball doesn't try to do, so maybe they do have an advantage.

Attacks that are repeatedly used supposedly get down to about half the strength and knockback after about eight uses on an opponent. HOWEVER, using it and hitting nothing will have no effect, and the effect goes away when you die, switch Pokemon/form or use other moves that hit enemies(spamming Pit's Side B, then hitting the enemy with a bunch of other attacks will cause it to have it's original power and knockback, though it looks more like a trapping move, that's the first spam move I could think of)

I have no real comment on item sizes or the like, if the Screw Attack is the same size as the motion sensor(and both are darkish colors), though telling if you got a Screw Attack or a Franklin Badge should be easy, if your next jump isn't a Screw Attack. That would however mean you now have either the ability to reflect projectiles or a deadly bomb... that does sound troublesome actually.

Pit is starting to sound like a cheap beginner's character, in which the opponent would have to be high skill level before it evens out(in which I would hope that a high skilled Pit would then become even rather then even higher, as in such level play his techniques would not have as much effect). However, I honestly don't know how good you or your friends are so this theory doesn't hold much water, beyond a touney where I heard a Pit player won a match by spamming light arrows to finish off a knocked off player. It'll be sad if Pit becomes overused or hated for cheap tricks, I really love his three remixes.
