And if you want to get technical about it, that's more than it needs. The rules say you need at least one frame of animation, which is static/not-animated. So leave him alone--he's fine.

Yeah, it also was only a minor edit, like Nova's, but Nova's entry apparently qualifies. Not particularly fair.

What rules, specifically? Besides, the entries aren't supposed to be removed on slight violations. It's always been said that if you think it breaks the rules then don't vote for it.

One of my favorite entries was removed, and it didn't break any rules.
