What if this is some poor guy, who was hated and feared as a youngster because of his deformity, who ran off into the woods, now hes been living there for years and is basically an animal in rights, hes gone crazy and now is rampaging thorugh this town.

Seriously no one here has given out the possibility that this is an actual deformed person who is like, ont he loose. Hell, thatd freak me out.
