I would find it quiet funny if family guy did do a fairly odd pareants parody.

Besides, everyone knows Spongebob better than Fairly Odd Parents.
And there really isn't anything to parody on Fairly Odd Parents, because it's basically a Family Guy if you think about it.

Cosmo is a stupid husband (Peter)
Wanda is a naggy wife (Lois, in a way)
Timmy is just Meg and Chris combined.
Pixies or Anti Fairies = Stewie

And that's basically it. No need for parodies.
