Mario characters for enemies, Need some ideas

I just need Mario characters. Simple enough.

Don't be an idiot and say crap like "Luigi" or "Geno". I need general characters that can be enemies. Eg. Shyguys are common Mario characters, however you almost never (if ever) find them as enemies.
Also, don't be uber specific, like Paragoomba. Be short, and quick to the point. Eg. Just Goomba.

I'll just go ahead and and include a list of the worlds. Their named aren't super specific, but not entirely vague either. And their named should not be able to give away Bosses. They also, are not in any specific order.

-An Island with tons of palm trees
-A Dimention with reversed atmosphere
-A Hill with many flora
-A land that is filled with 3 foods
-A very tall tower in the sky.
-An acedemy for magic
-A beautifully colored crystal cave
-A forest filled with many insects

Here is a list of what I've selected:
Ukiki (Monkeys)
Shyguy
Monty Moles
Pokey (Uncommon enemies)
Panser
Some Paper Mario Enemies
Magikoopa
Bandits
Zombie Shroom (under a special condition)
Boo
Bullet Bill

Here is a list of commons I have implemented so far. Everything else is secret:
Goomba
Koopa
Pirahna Plant (Including Nibblers)
Cheep Cheep
Blooper
Birdo

Things that will make me mad if you say them:
Paper Mario Enemies (Eg. Boomboxers, Squiglets, Spinia's, etc.)
Anything Super Mario RPG Related (Especially Geno and co.!)
Anything already mentioned.

They haven't been used on a Mario platformer in a long time.

What about those snake things that jump out of pots? Those bullet bills that come from the top left, top right, bottom left and bottom right all at the same time? Those cactus things that spit smaller cactii at you on YI? Pokeys?

Do you mean diagnol bullets?I may or may not use those snakes, it depends.
Pokeys are a bit of an uncommon enemy, and I've planned those already.

I'm planning to sprite these later, but here's my unfinished list:

- Sidestepper
- Hot Foot
- Fire Snake
- Venus Fire Trap

Ravens are a possibility
Reznor might be
Sidesteppers, definately (I was looking for those!)
Podoboos (Hot foot) will most certainly appear.
Snakes may, but doubtful.
Venus Fire trap is a species of Pirahna Plant.
Tweester and Angry sun, not likely.

Spinias and boomboxers.

Wats wrong with Geno? he would make a great enemy as he has powerful Magic and is a "star" being or whatever you call them star people i forget.

Ok, let me try to answer all of you.

Thunder Bro: Mostly likely both, since I have a nice world for them.

phazoluigi: Sorry for my temper, but read the ****ing first two lines of the first post. I don't want Geno because he isn't an enemy you would normally fight. However, since you just gave me an idea, I'll let this one slide.....

Grant: In all my Mario Games I've played, I've never seen a Shyguy for an enemy, with the exception of Super Mario RPG. I've seen supporter and background characters, but not enemies. If you can name at least 3 games (excluding RPG), then fine, so be it!

demonlemon: I may use him, but not in ice form, because an ice stage is fairly common.

LocoRoo: Awesome! I may use him.

marciocjr13: Dry Bones is fairly common, and I consider him a species of Koopa, because it's just a dead koopa, isn't it?

Thanks for the ideas! And don't give me crap, like Geno or Mallow anymore! I want generic, nothing entirely special, enemies you actually fight.

If you're going to give Boss Ideas, make sure they're ideal for a Mini Boss, cuz I got my Bosses planned out already. I'm not entirely Mario enemy brain stupid (yet)!

SMB2 was their first appearance 0_o

add to that:

- SMW2: Yoshi's Island

- Yoshi's Story

- Super Mario 64 (Fly Guys should count)

- Yoshi's Island DS


If I included RPGs, Paper Mario would be another (see Shy Guy's Toy Box).

I just don't have those games so I wouldn't be expected to know.

And yeah, any Mario Platformer has like a 99.5% Chance of haviga Dry Bone in it.

And Jumping Piranhas... How about that?

Darkyoshi: Jumping Pirahna plants is too specific, and if you haven't noticed, I've already included the species, Pirahna Plant/ Nibbler.
