The pose makes no sense and I didn't use the best colors in the world but I had fun making this. And to me that's all that matters. This actually doesn't bother me since the official Sonic has noodle arms too.

This is pretty good. You've already pointed out the color scheme yourself, so I won't go there. It has nice shape to it. These kinds of sprites are the ones that help me sprite characters I can't do... like Sonic!
