Base Programmers:

You will be working on most of the coding
in the game, like walking, jumping, AI, and more.


Extra Programmers:

Extra Programmer Description:
You will be working on most of the extra coding in the game
like running, combos(for fighting games), double jumping, and more.

Spriters:

Spriter Description:
You will create the sprites for the game.


Musicians:
-

Musician Description:
You will create the music for the game.

NOTE: Programmers that apply need to know coding for Game Maker.

Create games as quick as possible? It sounds a bit like cheap labor to me.

And the "Extra Programmers" job seems unnecessary, especially when their jobs seem like it requires more work. Should be called "Advanced" Programmers.

Sorry if it sounds like flaming, but it's really contructive critism on what you need to do to actually get people to WANT to join.
