Has there ever been a mermaid Mario or anything of the sort present in any Mario Game from 1981 to current day now? Or in any fan games as well?

I seriously wouldn't recommend bringing that said "concept" into reality in the fangaming community. As others have stated, this would be downright creepy and would give a bad name for the entire Mario series (both official and fan game wise).
