What character is the cheapest?, I'm hoping for certain one...

btw currently here's how i rate my guys:

Top Tier:
• Ike - he hits really hard
• Snake - same, plus his final smash is easier to hit with
• Fox, Falco, Wolf - fast and they have a few cheap tricks
• Toon Link - much faster than regular Link

Mid Tier:
• Lucario - his attacks are so easy to dodge, how is he cheap
• Everybody else not in the other two

Bottom Tier:
• R.O.B. but this is only because I'm no good at him and his FS makes no sense so he'll change later when I figure out how to play as him and wtf his FS actually does

I love how Fox was called "top tier", and Pit's called "cheap".

I don't pay attention to "tiers".
While it's obvious that some characters outright suck, there's no need to rank everybody. Additionally, if you're outstandingly skilled, you should be able to be awesome with anyone who is considered bad.

ROB's Final Smash allows you to go around stage and deal continuous damage.
Its actually useful.
I got up to 200% damage before.

Not really.
He is also slow.
And heavy.
It takes practise to actually use that power to KO.
I find that his only easy KOs are a charged B, up smash, FS, and a forward B if its sudden death.

Ike is the worst because if your good at timing, there is no need to practice with him. I'm sorry Ryoga but I know for a fact that even you must admit to that. My friend ev was him and within 15 min, mastered him. 90% of his KO's were executed while being stationary.

Some have advantages but are followed by disadvantages.

Although I think people are annoying as hell with Snake.

Sets some mines everywhere, throws grenades, and uses those controlled missles while you're fighting someone else. Get close and runs his ass off.

None, they're all balanced. Sonic has some annoying moves if you are distanced, but if you stay right next to him, you can prevent him from doing a thing. Pit and Metaknight are fast but weak, and while you can't really dodge their attacks since they're so long and hit from so many sides, but you can just roll past it and wait for them to finish and then hit them. Ike is just strong, he's really lacking defensively.

Opinion.

Honestly, one problem is still sometimes have with Ike is stage recovery.
You get so used to doing ^B. But it you do that, you are dead in the water.

And because Ike is so slow and heavy, you will get tossed around by rampaging Meta Knight twisters and people who decide to play tennis, using you as the ball.

Bah I thought that I had found a character that I am good with but turns out he isn't really good at all. Crap.

Edit: I am also good with Link but he seems to get knocked around by everybody now.

Man it is so fun wayching people recover with him just to be utterly dissapointed. Aww the memories.

Well if you consider someone who spams PK freeze, he can be pretty annoying.

I remember I played an anonymous wi-fi match, team battle, and right away this lucas player starts spamming PK freeze in the corner. Good thing I put an end to that.
