Honestly, the only way I can be cheap with him is how much damage I withstand and still get back to stage.(Which is only, like, 220%)

I am going to have to say a Tie between Ike and Metaknight

Ike for his low % KO power. and Metaknight for his REALLY ****ING HIGH priority.

Ike and Toon Link.

Ike is WAY overpowered, also his FS is also very annoying, someone knocks me over in front of him, and while I'm still in the air, he pulls it off then it's nearly a 1-hit KO.

Toon Link is even worse then the normal link!

He's Fast! although he's not as strong as normal link, he really gets on my nerves...

You get killed by Ike's FS?
Learn how to air dodge.
Seriously.
Thats one way I often miss.
People avoid it.

And of course its gonna be a one hit KO; He does, like, 80-100% damage with a huge finale.

Here's where you made the wrong choice.

I've been to 4chan several times over the past couple years and I have no idea what he's talking about, I don't even see blue and orange boards. I just see boards and letters, and most of them are pretty obvious

No the answer is -- of course it's a one-hit KO, it's IKE'S BEST ATTACK fjdfjadjf

Yeah, with his FS, if you have more than 56% damage, your dead.

You can have 0% damage, and Marth will take you out with his FS.

But for compensation for that, if you miss your target too, Marth ocassionally dies.

Marth's final smash is great when it works, but it's pretty easy to dodge.
Not to mention you'll probably always die if you miss using it on stages that aren't like floating platforms, like Green Hill Zone.
And yeah, It's basically an instant kill, but it usually only hits one person. And if you're only fighting 1 person, It's super easy to dodge.

To be honest, I don't think there are any cheap characters.
