Draco does not know how to use Link's up smash effectivly.

I mainly use it for hitting people rolling past me and such, or some combo I manage to pull up, but yeah.

Toon Link is okay but he really doesn't fit in my opinion. You have Link, Zelda, and Ganondorf as they were in Twilight Princess, and then they throw in some random version of Link that was only in two games. If they wanted four Zelda characters Midna would have been better but okay.
