Our internet was out for five hours from Comcast, and my brother reset the router thinking that would fix it, and now the Wii somehow can't connect to the internet through it wirelessly, while everything else can just fine.

You do realize that resetting the router is the silliest idea one could possibly have? Either way, you're gonna have to fix the router settings and change the Wii's settings accordingly.

...of course I know it's silly, that's not like that'd change what had already happened. And I know I have to fix the router and the Wii, but the thing is, I have no idea what's wrong now. I have everything configured the way it was before, the Wii can find it and everything and attempts to connect, but then it gives me an error saying it couldn't connect to the internet, while other computers are able to through it.

For some reason, my network randomly decides that either my DS or Wii cannot connect to the Internet. (One works and not the other.)

Usually I just have to reboot the router until it works :[

Not an option. Channel 1 is, except when I do that, NOTHING can find the router.

Then set the one setting on the Wii's internet deal that says "0" to "1".
