Look in the folder called "Extensions", among the stuff downloaded with the engine. The two extensions you need will be in there.
Apparently I never bothered to properly install them myself, so I'm only guessing here, but I think what you do is copy the two extension files from the Extensions folder and then paste them in Game Maker 7's "extensions" folder (to get to that, go to your Program Files, then to the "Game_Maker7" folder in it, then to the "extensions" folder inside that).
Again, this is only a guess, and may not work. I haven't actually worked with any extensions in GM7 myself, since I mostly just use GM6.1. If what I just suggested doesn't work, though, my next guess would be to try to find a way to install the extensions from within the program itself (i.e., open Game Maker and try to find a way to install them through some menu or button(s) or whatever).

Oh, OK, I figured out how.
First, within GM7, click on that green + sign on the toolbar, to get to the window with extensions in it.
Next, inside that window, click Install. A new window comes up.
Inside that new window, click Install again (this new window also has an Install button, as you will see).
In the dialog box, navigate to the folder where you have the extensions The Damizean used. Then select one of the extensions and click "Open". The extension will be installed and added to the little list in the window. Do the same for the other extension.
"OK" your way out of the dialog boxes once they're both installed, and try running the engine again.
