The copiers now think thats it will get them internet fame if they copied the original guy's idea, but it ends up being hated, and wrecking their internet life. However, some videos CAN be better than the original one. So, people should come up with their own ideas, or they'll end up in misery -------------------- RSU PM me for DS codes. I remember how some people tried to leech off the popularity of those David Blaine comedy videos by making their own, and I distinctly remember one of the copycat videos to be one of the most fail-crammed things I've ever watched (the originals were hilarious, though).

True, but that's more of a case of "lol I'm a Mario fan so" rather than "Hey look there's a Mario Fan lets copy his name", then I guess they steal Nintendo's character and shave him or something

For fangames it is often the case that people go "lol luk a fangam dats coo" and then go make a fangame copying it. Often using the same engine. Sometimes being exactly the same game.
