As part of the technical group for developing pointless, yet extravagantly entertaining programs, I'd like to introduce a concept that could further generate into a solution for this issue. I am currently leading a team of me, myself and I to invent a machine that could harness the surrounding air into a hydraulic system that could pump air into the smallest hole, even as small as a needle-incision into your neck. By pumping air into this hole, an air bubble could be formulated into your blood-stream, and cause your muscle to instantly relax and provide enough relief-of-stress to re-position your head slowly.

Well, while these other individuals preach about complete nonsense, I shall offer some of my own advice and relay the fact that you do, indeed, need to jerk your neck. However, a 90 degree is not proper. Not proper at all.


98 degrees is the figure you want to be searching for if you want to truly eliminate that crick.

I wholeheartedly disagree! You could wrap your head around completely and it wouldn't eradicate that muscle spasm. The trick is in the mindset - you need to focus in your mind that you are not in pain, and that you desire total freedom from any negative vibes emitting from your body functions.
