Actually I just hate the stage. Love the music, love the background, love the way it looks, but god dammit I hate how boring it is.

Damn, I missed one of the few online play sessions that would have interested me.

Seriously, **** no-items tournaments or sessions of lots of matches with no items. Why do people even like to play them?

because having items on diminishes the skill needed for the game


especially smash balls which turn the game into who gets the smash ball first

So many stages are pretty much just like it with maybe one more platform.

But it gets incredibly boring with no items. 0_o

although those stages are the only bearable ones

I dunno, I think sitting around waiting for items to spawn is more boring.

Who does that, besides cheap or very desperate players?

it's not boring at all, have you ever playes sum 1 vs 1 fd?


i'll only accept items if they are on low and no smash balls on a non serious stage like warioware

@Grant: No items isn't boring. In fact, I find it better to battle without them. Items will only become the deciding factor of who wins, and normally, the winner wins because of something dumb, like blowing up the other player with a gooey bomb, or having them accidentally kill themselves by hitting an explosive box.

Without items, you'll actually be fighting based on skill, and not based on "who will get the smash ball first".

We have no items tournaments because items take no skill to use. All it is is "Pick Up" , "Throw" "Bonk".

Not that kind, I mean where you would have an explosive box behind you, while the opponent uses flame throw, you dodge, and the flamethrower hits the box.
