Probably the worst Sonic pirate there is. It's Sonic Jam 6, but with Mario. Some boring minigames with a Pokémon theme. Yawn. I think it was Yuski the Dog who did it, the guy who first put a character selection in Sonic 1. Sonic Adventure 7 = painful but the engine is also used in Sonic 3D Blast 5 and Pokémon Adventures where it isn't quite as bad, though still bad. I thought it was a pirate at first, even the person who uploaded the video must have thought it was, too.

Not neccessarily

Pirates do make and distribute their own games as well. The original Sonic 2 Beta was sold by pirates.

Well to be honest I thought it was a pirate for many years. It was only fairly recently that I found it was made by someone in the Sonic hacking community. Likewise all the "Sonic Boy in Monsterland" games are by him.

Fun thing about that Sonic vs. Os Mauniks is that it's a hack of Psyco Fox, one of the better Master System games.
