ReferenceOnce a count of England, the clever Severin Black discovered a rift to another dimension. He tried to get through to research this strange phenomenon, but instead, he created a vortex that consumed everything, and just got bigger and bigger! He was devoured by the Black Vortex, as count Severin called it, and over time, he changed. He was no longer human. He was something more. Now, decades later, he has forgotten his human name, calling himself merely the Black Vortex. He still lurks within the Vortex, scheming his return...-------------------- As it is written in the Necromonicon:
"Time will no longer exist, all life will be wiped out,
whole planets will crumble, light becomes darkness,
and the Black Vortex will consume all worlds."--------------------
