There's no use playing with words like this (because uh... I know its my kinda thing to **** around like that.) because it only means circling around the issue where nothing will ever happen.

There should be better ways to press this issue.

There should be better ways in place, but there aren't as a measure of protection for this kind of behavior.

You provided the other primary issue here in your second sentence, which is in fact equally or even more disturbing than the issue which spurred the creation of this topic.

4chan logic?

The only time i got to 4chan is for wallpapers.

And you know why thats the only thing i bring to the table.. BECAUSE IT'S THE TRUTH.

And you know what.. I'm done with this topic.. the whole thing is a waste of time, and partly simmilar to the reason i left the U.

And what i can see happening from this is well, Mugen getting an extended ban/perma, Press start's account being banned because of Mugen.. Nothing changing in terms of the PM system(no need really), And a standard lock of topic...

Then after effects but i won't go that far into it.
