PEOPLE! PEOPLEeee!, I HAVE AN ANNOUNCEMENT TO MAKE

Let us start from the beginning shall we?

I am not going to badger you with stupid requests, mindless jibber jabber; or beating around the bush. Starting a topic off with "Some of you are probably confused" is usually a pretty good clue that you're going to try and mislead everyone. *shrugs* that's all Yoshiman did, that's all he intends to do, but we'll come back to that later. First we're gonna state the obvious to catch everyone up:

I'm not banned anymore.

Glad we got that out of the way, learn to deal. Now that I've been restored here I can finally say what I've been itching too ALL day because no one else seems to have that magic touch.

First and foremost, Yoshiman has tried VERY hard to pull the wool over all your eyes by throwing down some lies about what has got -me- so very upset these past few days. So we're just gonna list them and go from there, obviously this is all text; which is open to interpretation, but I think the circumstances will leave you feeling a little more questioning of the yoshi with the coat, and the sword.

LIE #1 Yoshiman downloaded the PM database because he was afraid people were undermining him.
TRUTH: He was afraid guys were talking to his girl. The full story is after some fun commandeering each other's computers, he got a peek of the names in this girl's inbox, Medaforcer, Nightwing, Press Start... how terrible she didn't want him to read the PMs... the solution? Oh that was to download the PM database of course. So afterwards he turned himself in right, feeling guilty about it? hahaha NO time for...

LIE #2 Yoshiman was upfront with RII and the staff about what went down
TRUTH: Actually RII had no idea it'd happened until Jas told him. Why would Jas know? Oh that's because Yoshiman took his sweet time in interrogating her about PM after PM from three years ago up until now. When he was met with anger at this from her, do you think he admitted he was wrong? SPOILERS guys he actually went to...

LIE #3 I deleted the PM database off my machine (by accident, or on purpose!)
TRUTH: He still has it, and studies it; the precise quotes he's thrown around to Jas pretty much confirm it, harsh I know, but being a voyeuristic creep with no trust for anyone will do that to you, even while you sit as a mod in the one place you've DREAMED to be in control of since the pubes started poking out. Also, he told RII he deleted it on purpose, told Jas he accidentally lost it... Anyhow, I think it's time to wrap up the lies section with

LIE #4 To be forthcoming and honest, Yoshiman makes a news post explaining what happened objectively and concisely
TRUTH: He made a huge post that basically says "hey downloading PMs ain't so bad, also Nightwing is mean!". It says nothing about the fact that he thinks nothing of reading my PMs, Jas' PMs, Meda's PMs, hey who cares right? We can all live with it. Or at least that's what MFGG is saying today, I guess that's why DJ Yoshiman has been ANONYMOUS all day, afraid to say a damn word because he might incriminate himself more. Yeah real bold, we salute you.

So anyway; that pretty much wraps up the informational portion of this post, now to get onto the blatant angry seething rant where I tell you the following:

- Yoshiman wants nothing more in this world than to be a mod, he would have really flipped if this ended up with him losing the girl -and- the moderator spot.

- At this point, the complete lack of honesty or remorse from Yoshiman about this stunt reflects the disintegration of all semblance of fun or even humanity in this place since 2001 through the metaphor of one dopey avatar's rise to power. It baffles me that Retriever II still would waste the space knowing such scum is at the reins. And yes, you're scum dude; and you'll keep hearing it until you believe it yourself.

The SOLUTION to the whole **** storm and problem is clear, it doesn't involve new mods, new rises to power, or anything else; short of the whole place collapsing (something I agree with Retriever II on, that we would all lose in ultimately) Yoshiman must lose his moderator position. A ban probably isn't necessary, as I can imagine the emotional blow this discussion has dealt to him will prevent him from ever returning anyway (again he's been online and anonymous this whole time, I guess that prevents him from further incriminating himself). Regardless, it's futile to talk about punishments fitting the crime here, as they never have; people do plenty of heinous things and get banned for it, plenty of people SPEAK OUT against injustices or breaches of the most basic privacies and they eat longer sentences. I won't sit here whining about eating a ban because clearly the point where that affected me is gone, Yoshiman tried to smother his little scam by pegging it on a name that carries more animosity than it should, and he failed because some of the most deeply entrenched members believe me over him.

Please, look at the facts; if it doesn't bug you that the PMs were read, fine. But it does represent a violation of a basic trust here, for me personally, as well as other members that were directly affected. For that I cannot allow Yoshiman's continued status as a moderator.

Hm I should perhaps add: I think MFGG is worth saving, I like games... fangames, and I make games... but if people want to leave maybe it will save Retriever II a buck. Long as Yoshiman doesn't get to do mod slaps to people that are bigger than he is anymore, I think we'll all be ok

In that one topic it sounded like he didn't even know the Mod CP existed.

Sorry I don't visit here nearly as much as I used to and I miss all the drama/name changes (goddamnit SNF) but wasn't everyone like praising Yoshiman for being a good admin/mod A FEW WEEKS AGO?

About proof: I can paste AIM convos all day but that isn't proof, anyone can write that as if it were real, this topic is based entirely on the logical assessment you'll make after reading the facts I ascertained, as opposed to reading contradictions like:
