print screen while running SSB in an emulator
then paste in paint and erase everything that is not what you want

The characters in SSB are 3D models, not sprites. Therefore, you shouldn't rip them.

Yes they are 3d models,but with the screen capturing at least he could rip some frames so it looks KIND OF like the original.But I donīt really see the use in it.

If you did this (capturing of 2D images of the models), you should try to make sure that the scaling doesn't change, if that's possible in some mode or other of Smash Bros. Trying to animate poses that are scaled differently will end up cruddily.

That means that if I remember correctly, Melee ones are eaiser to rip than the original SSB because Melee has fixed-camera mode.

Um, have a really ****ty PC? Or limit the frames per second (should be an option in an N64 emulator). I've never attempted to rip anything from an N64 game, so keep this in mind, but the above would probably work.
