Why does it violate US constitution (I'm not educated on this matter lol)

I think that knowing other peoples' religious customs should be a necessity for passing school. At least the most common (like Muslim, Christianity, Buddhist etc). That's my unpopular opinion for this topic. Why would that piss minorities off? Being educated about the religious practices of other people is bad?

Because people dont want to hear somthing they dont believe, like how Audi or w/e doesnt want to be taught Evolution

What is the point of this thread again? I know I shouldn't be *****ing but meh. I believe people have the right to their own opinion unless their opinion involves making it sound like other people can't have their own opinion. Stuff like "there is no such thing as bisexual" and "athiests are stupid" pisses me off. Grumble grumble grumble! *leaves thread muttering nonsense to himself*

Some of these opinions aren't really "unpopular" but meh.

Oh, on the Religion thing, it is taught in school, (well, my school anyways), but like very brief (AKA, "Muslims have these rituals and fight because of this" OKAY DONE!")

Sorry to Lightning if my opinion hurt you. Just as long as you don't hack any innocent people, I really don't care.

More opinions:
- Cartoon network is getting crappier and crappier.
- Death Note needs an alternate ending where Light wins
- Bleach is starting to be stupid, and they added fillers *angry*
- New Anime had women with bigger boobs then previous anime.

- luxury cars are stupid
- too many rights are given to students and is the reason why there is always persisting misbehavior. Not that I encourage excessively strict order in school, I just hate all the noise caused by all the disruption of the class.
- I always thought the kids that dressed well were always the A students. I was wrong. :[
- also I hate overall stupidity and excessive optimism and material desire can put a person to a blinding state towards what's truly important. (unless it's something important you need to buy, like vital important.)
- Super Mario Strikers was a decent game

No, the history of a particular religion is considered different than teaching actual religion. Saying "Religion X was founded in 257 BC by That Guy, who believed that something happened, it rapidly spread throughout whateverland, today it is the world's 15th most commonly practiced religion" then it's considered History. On the other hand, if the teacher started going around reading the "Ultimate Holy Book" all year, teaching the things in it as if they are fact, and having prayer to Religion X's god in the middle of class and whatnot, that'd be considered unconstitutional in public schools.
