Yes, I have steps- because when I don't organise these kind of things, I never finish them/ don't like the finished result.
Anyways, I want this to be a "Partner game" but i'm not sure how the partner system should work. Below are three options, please tell me which one you think is best.
1. A platformer. At the beggining of the level, the player picks one of the three playable characters ( The Stickman, the Yeckleflex, and Ley Go) and one side character ( The Tetris Block, the CSDodD, or Navi). Depending on the combination differen't paths, secrets and items can be found, since each character has differen't stats and each side character does differen't things.
2. A platformer. The characters can alternate between playable characters during the level by finding transform spots. These spots will allow it to change characters to reach differen't area's. Each character has a certain side character ( I.E Stickman has Tetris Block, Ley Go has Navi, ect).
3. A platformer. The player can alternate between characters at any given time, any time during the level. Each character has an assigned partner, like option #2.
