the 4 seasons of he mushroom kingdom, i need 16x16!

hello, the title says all.
i need this tiles in 16x16, they are 17x17.
i tried many out, but it don't works.
don't say use another tileset, i wanna use this, cause it's perfectly for my game.
what i tried out:
- to change it to 16x16 with paint, i didn't found a function
- i use gm 7.0 and tried to set horicontal and vertical offset and sep. to 1, the tiles are correct, but if i place them in a level a serie there is a distance between them.

PLS HELP!!!

Does it have to be 8bit?If not,I´d have them.
Edit:They are 16x16....Oh,you have to set the seperation to 1,not the offset.;)

i did this already too, but then place for example the bullet bill cannon from rainbow mt, the tiles are too much right
