Then after they complete half a cycle concentrate on them being on the inverse position of the one they are in in that instant, like the leg on the front is the leg at the back and when the cycle reverses do it again It's like she's magically switching right and left arms! -------------------- a more suitable ref (sunglasses not compulsory!) bye oldmfgg ;O;
