Does anyone know any game stores or anything that sells rare N64 games? There are some gems I missed out on that I doubt will make it to Virtual Console or Market Place.

Best bet would be local second-hand stores or comic shops that also sell video games. Gamestop/EB stopped dealing with them a few years ago, not sure about Gamecrazy though.

Any store that sells used videogames has a low chance of having something obscure or rare in it.

For instance, Blockbuster sold me a used Graffiti Kingdom -- in very good condition, even the manual -- for like $10 US.

I dunno if these stores are everywhere, but I usually get them from Checkouts or GameTrader. GameTrader is the best though..

The Gamestop here stills sells NES/SNES/other old system games, but they seem to be bad condition or very expensive for good condition.

I know you asked for 'games to buy' but you should try emulators which allow you to play games off other consoles, on computer!
