No, you can't. You can bloody try if you'd like. Getting random, useless garble doesn't really count as opening a file, you see.

There are two kinds of library files that MFGG is concerned about.
The *.dll files you will be worrying about are contained in system32, not system. Notable DLL's include the BASS library extension, used for playing Module files (and just about anything else.) Most Klik product games that use BASS will come with its *.dll in the same folder, in which case the game should recognize it when you run it.
Clickteam graphic library files (aka libs) are a different matter entirely. These are placed in the lib folder of one of their Klik products, and will be recognized as long as they are older than the program you are using. For instance, you cannot load a Multimedia Fusion library with The Games Factory, because MMF is a newer program.
