Have just reinstalled a mate's Dell VOSTRO 1000, due to BSOD problems, but he also had a few other minor problems. The default Alt + Tab switcher would dissappear after 3 seconds, and in Windows Live Messenger, focus keeps jumping to the search bar. Now, after reinstalling, I would have expected these random errors to have been erradicated. However, they're not. Anyone had these problems before?
