Even if, he cut buck on size because Bowser is not 100% bone there is some meat in there. I see how the legs may look weird but unproportonal?

It's been outlined, and he's right. And he's saying the body is too big compared to the legs.

Edit: Here's mine, Dry Bowser shooting non-existant fireballs. And before I get accused of a recolor here, it's not. I took the hair colors from A.J. Nitro's and recyled them here. I once made a custom smb3 bowser that was good when I started out spriting, so I edited that while looking at the original, and BAM! A sprite was born! Yep. The arms never finish making their movement the second time they make their back & forth movement. Then the arms move up and down in the middle position. Other than that, good.

Yes. Much better. If anything, the arms don't go as far when they go forward compared to how far they go when they go backward. If that makes sense.
