I've searched all over the internet and tried bunches of different phrases in Google, but I can't find anything. Is there a completed Pokemon fangame out there? Not a hack, a fangame.

Besides Netbattle? Probably not. The difficulty of getting every component of such a complex engine working, not to mention the sheer tediousness of entering all that data puts it well beyond the skills/patience of most amature game makers.

Try looking on 64digits, they had one called "Pokemon Twlight" or something like that. I only played it for a couple minutes and it was ok. I don't know if it's completed or not. I have never played any real Pokemon games, but I have watched my cousin play before. It looks good though.

Pokemon Twilight is a Pokemon project that has been going on for over a year. It's okay, but some of the pokemon are strange, and I don't believe it will be finished.

And besides, making an engine of sorts is WAY to difficult. Go on Serebii.net or something, and look at what they figured out. Base Statistics for example go in some weird gigantic formula that no one in their right mind would ever want to duplicate. Not to mention Effort Values, and Natures and things, and you've got a heck of a ton of work to do!

I believe that PKMN Twi creates random statistics everytime you level.

other than the initial equations for **** like IV's and stuff it's really, really easy to do

EDIT: Also keep in mind Serebii's equation is meant to determine your IV and not necessarily generate it.

Yeah, BETAs that are mostly dead. If you were to actually look at a few of the dates on them, they've never been updated in over a year.

I can't find any completed fangames, so I guess there isn't any.

I tried Pokemon twilight, but it's not completed and pretty glitchy. It looks to me that each person who makes a fangame is only missing a few things, but nobody can complete it because either IVs or EVs or PC storage gives them trouble. Oh well....
