Final Level help, Sonic Adventure 2 battle

I keep getting on the Knuckles part of the Final Level, but he keeps drowning.
How do you keep him from drowning?

Get the Air Necklace,it´s in aquatic Mine.It´s hidden behind one of these CAUTION signs,I think you´ll have to change the water height.You´ll have to hurry,it´s a long way.

Is it in a tunnel?
How do you drain the water?

It´s hidden,you have to dive down after the DANGER sign,then you´ll get to a big room.Don´t waste your time there,swin forward.At the end,there is something like a tunnel at the bottom.Go in it.Now the drown counter should begin.Go on,then somewhen the tunnel will go up.Just swin upwards,you won´t be able to see where you go anymore,then you´ll see the powerup.jump out of the water and you got it.

Never mind that one, found it out by myself?
where is that tunnel you were talking about

You´ll have to get underwater to get the Necklace,and the switch is behind you when you enter the stage.Another switch is only reachable when switch 1 is activated(default when you enter is 2),in the middle of the stage above the water,there is that platform that swins at the top of the water.Jump on it and grab that thing that is hanging from the ceiling,you´ll get taken upwards.There´s the 3 switch,which will make the water sink to the ground.You won´t get the Air Necklace with that easier,its path is still flooded.
