Pillow Shading? [Solved], What is it exactly?

Well, I have made a few tilesets, but I never submitted them. They looked ok and worked well for the Mario game I'm making. However, I was just on the mainsite looking at different tilesets and a lot of people in some complained how they were pillowshaded. Apparently people don't like that. I don't quite understand what it means. Can someone explain it to me and perhaps show a small example?

where it says the shading and it says NO! next to the circle.
It makes a lightsource look like the sun is facing you at a 180@ angle from the center and it looks bothbad and stupid towards the mixture of art styles (one figure being shaded with 5 o'clock shadow, pillow shaded figure next to it.

I took a look at that link and what you said phazonluigi. It helped! I understand it now and I'll make sure I avoid it. I'm glad my previous tiles weren't pillowshaded. Thanks!
