There will be instructions in the next demo. They can be found by pressing F1.
I'll post a new demo right after I finish eating dinner.

Added update 4.

Just so you know, a Pokémon only learns a new move when they evolve. So basic PKM only know one move (Z), first evolutions know two moves (Z and X), and final evolutions know three moves (Z, X, and C). Thus, legendary Pokémon only know one move :P

The next update will focus more on the storyline. I guess I can say a few things about it now:

-You start in Kanto
-The town in empty
-You start with either Bulbasaur, Charmander, or Squirtle

Also, some legendaries are not found during the course of the storyline. Specific requirements must be met before they can be found. I'll give some examples:

-Lugia wont appear until you catch Moltres, Arcticuno, and Zapdos
-Like firered and leafgreen, the legendary dog you find in the game depends on what starter PKM you choose; Bulbasaur = Entei, Charmander = Suicune, and Squirtle = Raikou

I'm not going to give away any more spoilers for now, but you can be sure that 33 different legendaries can be caught in this game; 14 of which are found throughout the storyline.

I have played the update #4, the key F9 does not work in this demo, this demo needs a restart key, because the Pokemon can go out of the screen, I prefer restart this demo with the F2 key.

i'll re enable it in the next demo.

Ok. Here is a list of things I need for the next demo:

Town tileset
500 cheesecakes

it's good to know that Pokemon can't die in this game

i haven't implemented that yet...
there needs to be a town for you to go to when you die :P

so they will probably be able to "faint" in the next demo

I think that's an pretty boring idea, it would be funnier if all non-evolution pokemon could do at least two attacks.

And baby pokemon knows zero attacks?!

For all intents and purposes (I'm assuming), baby pokemon are the same as basic pokemon.

EXAMPLE: Pikachu would have two attacks, like Charmeleon, while Pichu and Charmander would each have one.
