Ya, I started using Game Maker long before the newer versions even exsisted, so I'm just used to using 4.3. Thats really the only reason I use it.

Ok I fixed the bug I was working on, and ive added a few new things to the game. I can add a demo soon.

Unfortunatly, the internet on the computer the game is stored on is down. It should be fixed about thursday, so expect a demo very soon!

Ok so I finally got Windows 2000 up and running on the comp with the game, so I should get internet soon. I've finished basicly everything that matters for the demo, so one the internets up I will post da demo.

This is actually really nice feeling so far, sweet job. My only complaint is the lack of variable jumping, but that's pretty much it.

the longer you hold the jump button, the farther you jump

it's actually very hard to do properly if you're attempting it by yourself without any help

I suggest looking at other platforming engines (such as the ume engine or his other wario engine) for assistance

Oh ya. I remember what it is now.

I don't really plan to put variable jumping in, but flying PKM will be able to jump multiple times in the air if that helps.

How so? He doesn't even affect anything except the position your throw Pokéballs from.

The demo has been updated. I've added quite a few new things to the game.

Some things to note:
-The PKM box system now works, although you cannot actually access it yet. (Credit goes to Zzo38 for making the box system)
-To hit Rattata with the Pokéball, you must lure it to the left edge of the platform and get the PKM Trainer as far left as you can get him without you falling off.
Throw the Pokéball with the left mouse button.

You can't normally catch a defeated Pokémon.
And if you really need to restart, ill add a restart button in the next demo.

Ok another demo.
You can restart now with F9. Happy?

I also added some new Pokémon. Here is the current list:

Bulbasaur
Charmander
Squirtle
Pidgey
Rattata

Pidgey can jump multiple times, as can all flying PKM. The number of jumps you get depends on what PKM it is.

Spoilers:
MissingNo is PKM #999 in this game, simply because it doesn't work as number 0. He is programmed into the game, however. You cannot actually get MissingNo without cheating, and the game will glitch of you try to move or attack as him. I only put him in as a joke.
