I'm trying a custom engine, and whenever I add something, it gets SMALLER! Why does this happen? It also shrinks the most when I give an unused sprite an Object. I know it isn't really an "Issue", but I don't know why this happens and want help on figuring out how it works.

1.You canīt give a sprite an object,rather the other way.:P
2.Thatīs not really compression,GM just randomly saves the file smaller than before.
